We use a program called Crossloop for remote assistance.  Click here to see our Crossloop page profile, or follow the steps below to get started - it only takes a minute to setup a free account and get help immediately!

Step 1 - Download the Crossloop application free (enter your e-mail address, check the "I Agree" box, then click "Download")

Step 2 - Install the application on your computer by double-clicking on the file you just downloaded (will be on your desktop, or whatever directory you saved the file in).

Create your free account.  This will send an e-mail to the account you specified for validation.



Step 3 - Check your e-mail.  You should have a link to verify your free account.  Click on the "Click here to confirm your account now!" link in the e-mail you received.



Step 4 - Setup a remote session for us to connect to you and help.  Open the Crossloop application from the new icon on your desktop.  Click on "Share" (see below) and give us the access code that is provided for you (see below).  Once we have this access code, we can connect to your computer and get you fixed up!
