As I've said before, for me it's all about the customer.  My philosophy is that if you do everything you can to care of someone, they will come back to you again and again.  For the most part, this is true.  The only downside is that, if you fix it right the first time, you don't get a lot of repeat business.  However, many of our customers are referrals from existing customers, and we appreciate those word-of-mouth referrals VERY MUCH!
