The service was outstanding. He came out and picked my PC up and returned it the same day. The turnaround time was quick. I will be saving his number for future use.

Scott has rescued me from my computer angst many times over the past two years. Unlike other computer repairmen, Scott took the time to get to know me, and after understanding my computer weaknesses, set up programs to keep me working even when I forget to defrag, or back up. I highly recommend Scott Merrill and regret that I can only give him 5 stars as I think he deserves ten.

FINALLY -- a "doctor" who makes "house calls!" I received a "friend recommendation" to call Scott on my PC problems. He tried, at no expense to me, to fix my problems over the phone first. I wanted to MAKE SURE I had no viruses after an "attack" and asked him to come to my home to make sure my PC was "clean" -- he came that very day. He not only took care of the problem I had presented him, but also extended his stay to transfer documents from my old computer to my new computer -- and to show me how to back up my programs. He is honest, professional, reasonable in his charges, and is able to get on "your level" to explain things to you. I feel like I now have my own, personal "guru" to call on when I have problems. I DEFINITELY recommend Scott as a solution to people with PC problems. Joanne in Fayette County.

Scott Merrill is the man to fix all your problems. He is very professional and was so polite, friendly and completely helpful. All I can say is call Scott before you waste your money on someone that can't fix your issues and still charges. Scott will not charge you if he can't fix it! What could have been better? Nothing! He's your man!

Scott has been the PC Rescue for me more than once and I have recommended him to rescue others - and he has! It is always a learning experience as he also teaches while he goes. I have full confidence with him in my home or on the phone. Integrity, knowledge and yes he is DeSoto County's BEST!
